How to Choose Nipple Covers in Singapore

Woman in a white top, DNQ nipple covers invisible underneath

In Singapore's heat, choosing the right nipple cover comes down to three things: how much hold you want, how kind it feels on your skin, and how invisible it stays under your outfit. Here is a simple way to decide.

1. Pick your hold

DNQ makes three kinds of nipple cover, each with a different hold. Zero is non-adhesive: it holds by gentle suction with no glue at all, the softest choice, and the one to reach for if your skin reacts to adhesives. Canopy has an adhesive rim and a glue-free centre, so it holds securely while the glue never touches the nipple. SureHold is full medical-grade adhesive across the back, for the firmest, most even hold. See them side by side on our Nipple Covers page.

2. Get the size right

Nipple covers are sized by cup range. Measure once and match yourself using the Size Finder on each product page, or read our Size & Fit Guide. When you are between sizes, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.

3. Stay invisible under white and sheer

Under white or sheer fabric, opacity matters more than colour matching. Our beige is the most opaque, so it is the safest pick for a white shirt or a sheer top. For everything else, choose the nude closest to your skin. Our thinnest styles sit closest to bare, so under very fine fabric a soft natural contour can show; if you want none at all, size up to a slightly fuller style.

★★★★★

"Love their products. The beige isn't see-through, the other colours can be, so get beige if you often wear white or sheer tops."

4. Stay comfortable in humid weather

Heat and sweat are the real test in Singapore. Apply to clean, dry, lotion-free skin, wear for no more than 6 hours at a time, and give your skin a break afterwards. On very warm days, reach for a Breathable perforated finish or the non-adhesive Zero, and keep the grip fresh with our Adhesive Care Cleanser. See our full How to Use guide.

Frequently asked

Which nipple cover suits reactive or adhesive-prone skin?

Choose Zero, our non-adhesive style that holds by gentle suction with no glue at all. Our materials are medical-grade and made to be low-irritation; if your skin is very reactive, patch-test first. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How long can I wear them in Singapore's heat?

We recommend up to 6 hours at a time, with breaks in hot, humid weather. On very warm days, a Breathable perforated finish or the non-adhesive Zero feels cooler.

Which shade is most invisible under white?

Beige tends to be the most opaque, so it is the safest choice under white or sheer fabrics. Otherwise, pick the tone closest to your skin.
