Welcome to DNQ. By visiting dnq.sg or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Our store

This store is operated by DUO CAT PTE. LTD. (Singapore), trading as DNQ. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content.

Products and information

We make reusable nipple covers, stick-on bras and related care products. Product information, sizing guidance and care tips on this site are provided for general guidance and are not medical advice. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical product.

Orders and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where a product is mispriced, out of stock or suspected of fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full. Payment is processed securely through our checkout providers. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. See our Shipping and Returns information for details.

Returns and refunds

Our products are intimate, hygiene items. Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in sealed original packaging within 14 days of delivery, and we replace faulty, damaged or incorrect items free of charge. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content for unlawful purposes, or use our content or trademarks without permission. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product designs, belongs to DNQ or its licensors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DNQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time it is placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
