LiteLift, our thinnest, full stop: a 0.005cm edge that blends invisibly under sheer, ribbed and fitted fabrics, a 0.2cm centre that still gives full nipple coverage, about 15g each. Rated 4.9 stars by our customers, with over 500 sold across our stores.

The spoon shape gives a gentle, natural lift of 1 to 2cm, never dramatic, never pushed. And the centre, about 3.5cm across, is completely glue-free: a 1mm micro-suspended dome floats over the nipple with no pressure, held by an extra-tacky ring of edge adhesive that locks it in place through sweat and swims. The silicone is softer and stretchier than our cap style, flexing with you and keeping its shape.

What it does: a subtle 1-2cm lift. What it doesn't: cleavage, an obvious 3-5cm lift, or bra-like coverage and support (it covers the nipple area, not the whole breast); for lift or cleavage, see Rise or our push-up bras. One heads-up: it looks bigger in hand than you expect. That's the trimmable wing, and it still sits close; trim it to your neckline if you like, keeping the wing as large as you can for the best lift.

Choosing yours. One size fits cups A to C (about 14.5x10.5cm), in a matte, opaque universal nude. Food-grade silicone body passing RoHS, LFGB food-grade, FDA and REACH; the adhesive ring is tested on its own (SGS EU RoHS, skin irritation PII 0). And half the lift comes from the right fit: too small weakens the lift and can tug; too large gaps, lifts at the edges and may peek out of your neckline.

Good to know. Wear about 6 hours at a time; reusable 15 to 20 times. Waterproof and sweatproof: fine for outdoor days, activities that aren't too intense, and underwater; the hold varies from person to person. Avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for skin allergic to adhesives.

Set only: a pair of covers, a silk pouch, instructions and a gift box. Peel the film before use; rinse after wear, air-dry, reattach the film, store flat.

Styling

What to wear it with

Our thinnest (about 15g): the pick for the most unforgiving fabrics. White tees, fine-strap knits, sheer and ribbed fabrics, silk slips, backless cuts. Deep-V is where the spoon shape belongs: the narrow teardrop wing follows the V line naturally and hides with barely any trimming. It lifts without gathering, so for cleavage in a deep V, choose a push-up bra. Halters suit its narrow wing too: angle the wing to follow the neckline as you apply. Under strapless or low straight necklines you can trim the wing to fit, but trimmed flat it loses the lift; for strapless outfits a disc cover is the easier pick.

How much lift does it give?+
A gentle 1 to 2cm, enough to look naturally lifted. For a stronger, visible lift choose Rise, our cap-shaped lift cover.
Will it show under thin fabrics?+
It is the thinnest in our range at about 15g, with edges that disappear under white tees, ribbed knits, sheer fabrics and silk slips.
Which necklines does it suit?+
Deep-V is its home: the narrow teardrop wing follows the V line and hides with barely any trimming. It also suits halters; angle the wing along the neckline as you apply.
Can I sweat or swim in it?+
Yes, it is water and sweat resistant, and the lightest of our covers to take into the water. Press it back down after heavy sweat or a swim, then wash and air dry.
Is it safe for my skin?+
The adhesive is medical-grade silicone. It is not suitable for skin allergic to adhesives; patch-test first if reactive, wear about 6 hours at a time, and do not use during pregnancy.
