How do I choose my size?
Sizes vary by style and are shown on each product page. Nipple covers are sized by cup range (for example AA–B and C–E), while stick-on bras are sized by cup (around A–D depending on the style). Check the size details on the product page, and if you're between sizes, email or WhatsApp us your bust and underbust and we'll help you choose.
What's the difference between adhesive and non-adhesive?
Adhesive styles use a medical-grade, low-irritation glue that holds firmly and lifts. Non-adhesive styles are genuinely glue-free and cling softly to skin (a silicone grip, no glue), the style we suggest if you're allergic to adhesives or prefer a lighter feel.
What does “Breathable” mean?
Breathable styles are finely perforated for extra airflow, a little cooler and lighter on warm, humid days. Breathable and classic finishes are equally discreet under clothing.
How long can I wear them?
We recommend wearing them for no more than 6 hours at a time. Comfort depends on the style's airflow, your skin, how much you sweat and the conditions, so give your skin a break afterward, especially in hot, humid weather.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Our materials are medical-grade and made to be low-irritation, and many people with reactive skin wear them comfortably. If you're specifically allergic to adhesives or have very reactive skin, choose a non-adhesive style and patch-test first. See our Skin & Safety page for more.
Are they reusable, and how do I care for them?
Yes, with care our pieces can be worn many times. Rinse gently with mild soap or our Adhesive Care Cleanser after each wear, air-dry face-up, and store in the case with the protective film on to preserve the hold.
What shades are available?
Our nude shades are Beige, Peach, Latte and Soy, each also offered in a Breathable finish. Beige tends to be the most opaque, which helps under white or sheer fabrics, choose the tone closest to your skin.
What's the difference between a Set and a Refill?
A Set is the complete kit, a pair, a silky travel pouch, our Adhesive Care Cleanser, a storage case, gift box and instructions. A Refill is two pairs to top up a Set you already own, with minimal packaging.
How much is shipping and how fast is delivery?
Shipping is free on Singapore orders over S$40, with a flat S$3.90 under that. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 1–3 business days. We ship within Singapore for now, for overseas orders, just contact us.
What's your returns and refund policy?
As these are intimate, hygiene items, we can only accept unopened, unused pieces in sealed original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If an order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it free, just reach out within 14 days with a photo. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
How discreet is the packaging?
Every order is packed and shipped discreetly, with no product details visible on the outside.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we restock our core styles regularly. If something you want is out of stock, message us or join the DNQ list and we'll let you know when it's back.
