How to Use
Getting the most from your DNQ starts with how you apply, clean and store it. Here's a simple guide for each style. These steps are also printed in your box.
Nipple Covers (adhesive, semi-glue and non-adhesive)

- Before you apply. Make sure your skin is clean and completely dry. Avoid lotion, oil, sunscreen, perfume or powder on the area.
- Apply. Peel off the backing and place the cover in your desired position. Warm it with your hand and press firmly for 10 seconds, smoothing from the centre outward to push out air bubbles, then press the edges so it lies flat.
- Clean right after use. Rinse with water, then gently wash the underside with mild soap and your fingertips in small circular motions. Don't leave it unwashed for long.
- Dry and store. Shake off excess water and air-dry, underside up. Once fully dry, place it back on the protective sheet and store in the pouch, away from dust, oil and hair.
How your style holds. Adhesive and semi-glue styles use a gentle, medical-grade adhesive that seals with light pressure. The non-adhesive style has no glue; it clings to skin with a soft silicone grip.
Avoid: tissue paper, hair dryer, brush, towel, direct sunlight, laundry detergent, nails to scratch, and cream on or near it.
Good to know. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid broken, damaged or irritated skin, and do not use during pregnancy. If your skin is very reactive, patch-test first or choose our non-adhesive style. Limit wear to 6 hours and avoid continuous daily use so your skin can rest.
Lift Up Nipple Covers

- Prep your skin. Clean and completely dry. Avoid oils, sweat, lotions, perfumes or powders.
- Apply the base. Peel off the protective film. Apply the cover about 1 cm above the bottom of your bust.
- Lift and stick. Gently lift the wings upward to your desired height. Warm and press for 10 seconds to remove air bubbles, so the adhesive sits smoothly against the skin.
- Clean right after use. Wash immediately with mild soap and your fingertips in gentle circular motions. Don't leave it uncleaned.
- Air dry naturally. Lay it flat, adhesive side up, in a cool, ventilated place.
- Store properly. Once fully dry, reapply the protective film and store in the pouch to keep out dust.
Avoid: tissue paper, hair dryer, brush, towel, direct sunlight, laundry detergent, and nails to scratch.

Stick-On Bra

- Prep your skin. Clean and completely dry. Remove any oil, sweat, lotion, perfume or powder to keep the hold strong.
- Position the bra. Lean forward slightly and place the bottom edge about 1 to 2 cm above your ribcage.
- Apply and adjust. Apply from the sides of your breasts, angling about 45 to 60 degrees. The closer to vertical, the stronger the lift and cleavage. Keep the clasp pointed toward your navel.
- Repeat the other side. Apply the second cup at the same angle for an even, balanced look.
- Fasten the clasp. Once both cups are in place, bring the clasps together at the centre and fasten securely.
- Clean right after use. Wash with mild soap and your fingertips in gentle circular motions. Avoid soaps with lotion or oil, and don't leave it unwashed for long.
- Air dry naturally. Shake off excess water and lay the bra flat in a shaded, ventilated spot, adhesive side up.
- Store properly. Once fully dry, reapply the protective film and store the bra in its case, free of dust and hair.
Avoid: wearing horizontally, tissue paper, hair dryer, brush, towel, direct sunlight, laundry detergent, and nails to scratch.
Good to know. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid broken, damaged or irritated skin, and do not use during pregnancy. If your skin is very reactive, patch-test first. Limit wear to 6 hours and avoid continuous daily use so your skin can rest.
