Size & Fit Guide
Finding your DNQ size takes two quick measurements. Here's how to measure, read your size, and choose between nipple covers and a stick-on bra. Prefer a shortcut? Take our Find Your Fit quiz.
How do I measure for the right DNQ size?
Use a soft tape measure. Measure your underbust (snug, just under the bust) and your bust (around the fullest part), both in centimetres. Your underbust sets your band and the difference between bust and underbust sets your cup. The Size Finder on each product page does the maths for you and matches you to that style's size.
Nipple covers or a stick-on bra, how do I choose?
Nipple covers give discreet, bare coverage with a natural shape and are sized mainly by cup range. Stick-on bras add lift and a defined shape and are sized by cup like a regular bra. Choose covers for a natural, no-bra look and a stick-on bra when you want shape or lift.
I'm between two sizes, what should I do?
Measurements are a guide, not a rule. Check the Size Finder on the product page for that specific style, and if you're still unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your bust and underbust and we'll recommend the best fit.
What sizes does each style come in?
Sizes vary by product and are listed on every product page. Nipple covers come in cup ranges (for example AA–B and C–E), while stick-on bras come in cup sizes (around A–D depending on the style). The product's Size Finder shows the exact match.
Will a stick-on bra give a push-up effect?
Our push-up styles are shaped to add gentle lift and a rounder line. How much lift you get depends on the style, and each product page notes which offer more shaping.
